My sister called me a few days ago just to let me know that she can make it to our wedding. Babycakes, I told you not to give up! It was only a matter of faith to believe that your exams will not fall into May - at least not the first week of May!Â

Last weekend, we were looking at wedding bands. That was exciting! It feels awkward to see THAT ring on your finger. Awkward in a positive way, of course. I asked Paul if we should just get the rings now - just in case. So we could get married anytime, anywhere. It’s all about being prepared, huh?

Oh, by the way, Paul made a decision: we will add the fruit salad to the menu. Thanks, hon.
So, the only open issue we still need to discuss with our location vendor in Monterey seems to be: fruit salad or no fruit salad?Â
Seriously? Yes.Â
I want fresh fruits, chopped into pieces, served in clear plastic cups and chilled on ice.  In addition to the Californian Surf Beach BBQ menu, the tiki torches and the palm trees.
Every other detail had been discussed, negotiated, discussed again, amended, adjusted, revised, compromised and finally agreed. We are so close to signing the contract with the guys from Adventures By The Sea.Â
I just want to send that Save The Date card to our friends & family. We’re anxious to announce the official wedding date as May 5th, 2007.  So close….
